At Ventura International Pvt. Ltd., we maintain strict quality control to ensure that every product delivered meets our high standards.
However, in the Rare Event That :
- The item is damaged during transit, or
- There is a manufacturing defect, or
- A wrong item has been delivered,
We will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement is made immediately at the time of delivery.
The purchaser is required to inspect and verify the materials thoroughly upon delivery. Any defect or incorrect delivery must be reported immediately. No returns or replacements will be accepted after the order has been processed and delivered.
If the same item is unavailable for replacement, we will offer the best possible alternative. For any replacement request, please contact our Customer Support Team, and we will arrange for the replacement accordingly.
Delivery Charges
Prices quoted on the Ventura website do not include delivery charges.

Unloading at Customer Site
- The purchaser must make their own arrangements for unloading and lifting the delivered materials at their site.
Important Notes
- For deliveries to apartments, gated communities, or office premises, the customer must obtain prior permission for the entry and unloading of goods.
- Any damage to property (walls, glass, paint, lights, fittings, etc.) during unloading/lifting will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Staircases and access areas must be wide enough to allow safe handling and lifting of materials.
